I have developed effective programming for individuals with developmental disabilities and also implemented school- based therapy programs for multiple school districts in which I trained therapist and social emotional learning coaches on methods in engaging students, teacher, administration and parents.
In my role as Clinical Director for Empowering to Elevate, my job is to ensure that the services you are experiencing are evidenced based and effective and that our staff are highly trained and supported in delivering these services. That a culture of nurturing, acceptance and education are provided to build use of healthy coping methods.
